UCLA Football: Savage needs surgery (OC Register UCLA Blog)
Posted November 16, 2008 at 7:06 amGuard Darius Savage has a torn ligament on the inside of his left ankle that will require surgery next week, according to a UCLA spokesman. He will miss the remainder of the regular season.
Savage had shown promise since cracking the starting lineup. He likely will be replaced by Scott Glicksberg.
